Having just completed my RYA competent crew in the Solent I am now looking to buy a yacht myself, once I have passed my RYA day skipper and RYA coastal skipper which I am also now studying, so will be joining the ranks of the other boat owners pouring money into the water, and no doubt complaining about the cost of everything associated with our sport! I will be writing more fully on my training course which was fantastic and I will also be at the London Boat Show in January to promote the company, but will be writing more fully soon on my week of sailing, which is one that will live long in the memory. A wonderful life changing experience and no doubt one I will live to regret financially, but we only live once, and there is nothing like the freedom and pleasure of being out on the water under full sail, with no worries other than keeping a watch for the tankers and passenger ferries!
