		<description>Hi David

We looking at my options to finance my barge which is half paid for through Barclays Marine.
We owe £49,000 and need a further £15,000 for out f the water survey, valuation, hull repairs and paint work.

The barge was purchased for £110,000 and i can estimate its value on current London mooring at around £180,000 to £200,000.

If there is an option that Marinablu would be interested in this project please call me.

Cheers

Lee

		<description>Dear David,

I realy love sailing, boats and sea. I was my dream to buy a boat put her in the good marina and sail there with mu friends and guests. Now due to the crisis arrived some problems and I try to find a solution in this not easy times. I&#039;m lookig for professional support and assistance and will be happy if a sailor will help me in my hard times)!

There are some my cases which needed a professional support:
1)	My sailing boat.
I have c contract with a Canadian company. Purchase agreement is signed between me like a person and a Canadian company “UPG”. The contract amount is 350 000 euro. I have also an invoices from the shipyard in Civitavecchia where my boat was renovated. The amount of that invoices is around 28 000 euro. I’ve already paid more than 270.000 euro and looking for financing the rest of the contract + shipyard’s invoices for repair and renovation. There are some available ways for me: 1) leasing 2) partner ownership 3) anothers.
SY flights now with a Canadian flag. I’m resident of Italy but I’m Russian. I want a) to avoid a VAT b) to use a boat for pleasure and charter in Italy, Croatia and all other EU. I have also an Italian event’s agency which can be an owner of the yacht if it’ll be necessary.

2)	The berth place in Italy. Marina di Imperia (Imperia, Liguria).
There is a luck of a financing for my invest contract due to the crisis. So, I&#039;d like to save my investment. sell my berth place in Marina di Imperia. It’s also possible to find a co-investor and share the ownership and a future profit. The leasing financing for a berth place also available but like the last chance.
There are berth place 16x5m + nautical cave 4x3 m. Total amount is 300.000 euro (VAT excluded). I&#039;ve invested 75.000 euro. I want to refund my investment or to find a co-investor. IMPORTANT - the dead line of my 3d payment in amount of 120.000 euro is 20th of February 2010. The final payments should be done in July 2010. Berth places will be ready by the end of February 2010. http://www.acquamarcia.it/WebSite/projects.aspx?cid=2&amp;lid=2 – this is a link to the official web-site. All documents are ready and clean, I can present them immediately by request.
Please, let me know as soon as possible is there any abilities for you to provide one of your professional services for me.
Awaiting your reply,
Igor Raspopov

		<description>Dear Mr. Coulling,
Cogragulations on your attractive and informative blog. It is pleasure to read it.
We have just opened a new floating dock / marina, Port Atami, in Bodrum, Turkey, on the Aegean coast of Turkey. Our website is www.portatami.com.
It is a small marina just by our hotel, with 2 berths that supplies the yachters their basic needs like water and electricity. Other marina services are also available like laundry, internet, showers etc. Detailed information can be found on our website. It is suitable for short and long term stays and is located in a very protected bay which itself is a natural marina itself.
We would be happy if you could introduce our marina on your blog, so that sailors who sail around the region would have knowledge about it and maybe consider to drop by.
Thank you very much. We look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards
